Job summary

Red Apple Stores is recruiting an Assistant Store Manager for the New Hazelton, BC location. You will support the Store Manager, supervise staff, open/close the store, and ensure a clean, customer-friendly shopping environment while helping drive sales.

The role requires 2–3 years of retail experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store
• Supervise the store and lead the team in the absence of the Store Manager
• Maintain and delegate daily tasks using the Store Tour Book
• Order, receive and stock merchandise
• Set up windows and in-store displays and signage
• Complete inventory cycle counts
• Process product returns, price changes and markdowns
• Provide excellent customer service at the register and beyond
• Recruit, train and schedule Associates & Keyholders
• Submit reports and payroll to Home Office
• Assist the Store Manager with store paperwork and emails

We are currently recruiting for anAssistant Store Managerin ourNew Hazelton, BClocation.

The Assistant Store Manager strives to make our stores a great place to shop for our Customers. We rely on you to provide super-friendly service, maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment, merchandise the store and support the Store Manager in leading the team.
