Job summary

Kiokii Inc is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, support the team, and drive business success across our North American stores.

You will manage schedules, lead staff, train new hires, handle customer issues, and assist with store openings, while upholding company standards and delivering outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail experience with at least 1 year in store management.
• Passionate about Asian beauty industry and trends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• A strong track record with 3 years of retail experience, including at least 1 year in a store management position
• Passionate about the Asian beauty industry, dedicated to continuous learning,sharing expertise, and staying up to date with the latest products and trends to lead staff and enhance the customer experience
• Skilled in effective communication and building strong interpersonal relationships
• Demonstrated strong leadership and store operation capabilities
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer complaints effectively
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment
• Ability to balance operational efficiency with team development
• Able to lift up to 30lbs.
