Job summary

ALDO Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to be the Store Manager’s right hand and help create an amazing store experience.

You’ll lead by example, coach your team, hit sales goals, and ensure customers feel their best as they leave.

When the Store Manager is away, you take the lead to keep the store running smoothly, motivate the team, and ensure everything looks and feels distinctly ALDO.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of hands-on management experience in retail or service.
• Deep interest in fashion.
• Natural leader with a growth mindset.
• Big customer-first energy with a natural ability to connect with people.
• Available for day, night, and weekend shifts.
• Comfortable staying on your feet and lifting up to 35 lbs.

• Coach, train, and support your team with real-time feedback.
• Lead with integrity by following (and reinforcing) all loss prevention policies.
