Job summary

Dollarama in Canada seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, customer service, and sales goals. You will act as Manager on Duty when needed and guide staff through merchandising, training, and performance feedback.

The role requires at least two years of retail experience with supervisory responsibilities, open availability, and strong leadership, communication, and decision‑making skills to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Daily Tasks (but not limited to)
