Job summary

Atlantic Cultivation & Atlantic Cannabis (ACL) is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach the sales floor team, and own inventory processes while ensuring an outstanding customer experience.

No cannabis experience required; if you know retail, ACL will teach you the rest. You’ll partner with the Store Manager to drive performance, scheduling, onboarding, and compliance with store standards. Join a NL-based company that values quality, community, and fun.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and scheduling.
• Step into leadership during the Store Manager's absence.
• Model best-in-class retail practices and coach the team to do the same.
• Ensure a welcoming, inclusive and engaging in-store experience.
• Lead the team to build strong relationships with customers and the local community.
• Support merchandising, promotions, and in-store initiatives.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and point-of-sale systems.
• Lead inventory counts, receiving, transfers, and product preparation.
• Support loss prevention and inventory controls.
• Ensure opening/closing procedures and daily store operations are executed correctly.

The Role - Assistant Store Manager (ASM)

As ASM you'll play a key leadership role in the day-to-day success of your store. You'll support the Store Manager by leading the team on the floor, owning inventory processes, and ensuring customers consistently receive an outstanding retail experience.

No cannabis experience is required. If you know retail, we'll teach you the rest!
