Job summary

Kibbi in Canmore, Canada, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in overseeing daily retail operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and hitting sales goals. You’ll act as Manager on Duty when the Store Manager is away and lead a team on shift.

This role emphasizes coaching staff, visual merchandising, cash handling, and adherence to safety standards while maintaining a welcoming store environment and delivering outstanding service to guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of retail experience.
• At least two years in a supervisory or management role.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assisting the Store Manager with operations and staff management.
• Helping with merchandising, stocking, and unpacking daily shipments.
• Providing exceptional customer service and resolving escalated issues.

• Performing cash management, store opening and closing duties as needed.
