Job description:

As a member of management, you will act as a leader by inspiring and guiding your team to meet the store’s objectives. You will ensure that operations are efficient, allowing employees to serve customers effectively without unnecessary worries.

In this position, you will be actively engaged with the management team. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Mobilizing, empowering, developing, and encouraging employee performance to maximize team potential.
2. Monitoring the store’s KPIs to take necessary actions for success.
3. Collaborating with the Store Manager to achieve goals related to sales, customer service, and employee engagement and development.
4. Enhancing the customer experience as a priority.
5. Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures while fostering buy-in from staff.
