Retail Assistant Manager

What you bring:
  • Ability to oversee customer service, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
  • Experience in high employee retention through developing leaders and empowering employees.
  • Ability to assist with merchandising and marketing programs.
  • Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting loyalty programs.
  • Ability to maintain a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • High School diploma or GED preferred, or at least one year of retail management experience.
  • A valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, including standing, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 pounds.
