Virtual Product Assistant (Canada – Remote, Part-Time or Full-Time)

Support product improvement from anywhere — flexible hours, no experience required.

We’re hiring Virtual Product Assistants to help coordinate, monitor, and document everyday product usage experiences. This is a remote-based role perfect for individuals who enjoy organizing tasks, reviewing items, and providing structured input to improve consumer products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assist in organizing product testing schedules and tracking feedback submissions
  2. Review submitted user reports for completeness and clarity
  3. Compile usage insights into simple summaries using templates
  4. Communicate with internal teams to ensure testing timelines are met
  5. Optional: Support with light product handling, labeling, or remote coordination tasks
Role Highlights:
  • Fully remote role available across Canada
  • Part-time (3–4 hours/day) or full-time (7–8 hours/day) options

Compensation & Schedule:
