Ideal candidates have prior construction experience, are organized, dependable, and possess good communication skills. A valid driver's license and an understanding of carpentry are also important.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting daily site operations and coordination
• Assisting with scheduling trades, deliveries, and site logistics
• Helping to maintain project schedules and site organization
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks
• Support site safety and cleanliness standards
• Complete daily reporting, progress tracking, and documentation
• Coordinate deficiencies and trade follow‑ups
• Assist with general labour, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed
• Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and inspectors

What We’re Looking For

• Previous residential or multi-residential construction experience
• Ability to read drawings and an understanding of the OBC
• Basic carpentry and framing knowledge
• Strong work ethic and willingness to stay hands‑on
• Organized, dependable, and solution‑oriented
• Experience using Buildertrend (or other Construction Management Software)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites both within and outside of Waterloo Region as required
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced construction environment
