Job summary

Eagleview Construction is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor to support its growing residential projects in Waterloo Region. This hands-on role works alongside Site Supervisors and the Project Management team to keep sites organized and on schedule.

Ideal candidates have residential experience, basic carpentry knowledge, strong teamwork, and a willingness to travel to project sites within the region. Driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential or multi-residential construction.
• Ability to read drawings and understand the OBC.
• Basic carpentry and framing knowledge.
• Strong work ethic and hands-on approach.
• Organized, dependable, and solution-oriented.
• Experience using Buildertrend or similar CM software.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel to project sites within Waterloo Region.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Support daily site operations and coordination.
• Assist with scheduling trades, deliveries, and site logistics.
• Help maintain project schedules and site organization.
• Conduct site walkthroughs and quality checks.
• Support site safety and cleanliness standards.
• Complete daily reporting, progress tracking, and documentation.
• Coordinate deficiencies and trade follow-ups.
• Assist with general labour, carpentry, and construction tasks as needed.
• Work closely with Site Supervisors, Project Managers, trades, and inspectors.

Eagleview Construction is growing, and we’re looking for an Assistant Site Supervisor to support our expanding multi-residential construction division.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term career in construction leadership while staying hands-on in the field. You’ll work directly alongside our Site Supervisors and Project Management team to help keep projects organized, moving forward, and built to a high standard.
