Primary Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate customer and vehicle processing, providing estimates and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely service and delivery.
  2. Greet customers professionally and maintain their loyalty to the dealership.
  3. Assist customers with vehicle pickup and note any issues for scheduling repairs.
  4. Explain service work and maintenance requirements to customers.
  5. Notify customers when backordered parts become available.
  6. Review work in progress and ensure all work is performed properly and on schedule.
  7. Diagnose customer problems accurately and document clearly on repair orders.
  8. Perform other duties and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
  2. 1-3 years of customer service experience.
  3. Exceptional communication skills.
  4. Valid Class G Driver's License.
