Primary Responsibilities:

• Coordinate customer and vehicle processing, provide estimates, and ensure timely delivery.
• Greet customers professionally and maintain loyalty.
• Assist with vehicle pickup and note any issues for scheduling repairs.
• Explain service work and maintenance requirements.
• Notify customers about backordered parts.
• Review work in progress and ensure proper and timely completion.
• Diagnose customer issues and document on repair orders.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

• Experience as a service advisor in an automotive dealership is preferred.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Exceptional communication skills.
• Valid Class G Driver's License.

Pay Rate: Salary plus incentives.
