Job summary

Independent Grocers Alliance in Canada is seeking an assistant manager to lead on-site operations, mentor staff and uphold the banner’s standards.

You will oversee daily tasks during day and evening shifts, ensure exceptional customer service, and support development and advancement opportunities for team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of retail or customer service experience desired.
• Demonstrated leadership and sense of responsibility.
