Ashley Canada – Edmonton South is hiring an Assistant Selling Sales Manager for our Edmonton South store at 1430 99 St NW. You will lead and support the sales team, coach staff, and help drive customer satisfaction while achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• Post secondary education in business, marketing or related field.
• 3+ years of proven sales experience in a related environment.
• Previous supervisory experience in a team environment.
• Proficient with MS Office and ability to learn in-house programs.
• Excellent coaching and mentoring skills.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Available to work long hours including days, evenings and weekends.
• Ability to complete in-house training programs on selling and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed store established daily goals for sales volume, margin, performance indexes, ESP sales, closing ratio, average sale and NPS scores.
• Coach and assist Sales Team Members achieve personal sales targets to meet or exceed written goals.
• Monitor sales conversations and coach on performance indexes, close ratio and average sale.
• Train and coach Sales Team on product knowledge, upcoming promotions, selling skills and company policies.
• Ensure all customers receive exceptional customer service.
• Maintain the store’s appearance and presentation, interior and exterior, and operating protocols.
• Lead weekly and daily meetings and trainings to inspire the team.
