The Michaels Companies in Calgary seeks a Store Manager for CAL-DEERFOOT TRAIL to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver a customer centric shopping experience in a busy retail environment.

You will hire, train and coach Team Members, oversee inventory, planograms, SOP compliance, safety programs, scheduling and the Manager on Duty role while protecting assets and achieving KPI targets.

Qualifications

• Retail management leadership experience.

• Strong knowledge of SOPs and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Implement SOPs, inventory management, and planogram execution.
