We are hiring immediately for an Assistant Retail Manager, also called an Assistant Store Leader. In this role, you will lead and coach a team of sales advisors to create an exceptional customer experience.

What you’ll do :

• Motivate and inspire your team to help customers find the perfect product or service.
• Cultivate an inclusive team and learning culture while having fun!
• Oversee store KPIs (revenue, merchandising standards, inventory health, health & safety).
• Maintain a healthy profit and loss statement.

What we’re looking for :

• 2+ years’ experience leading a retail team of at least 20 associates.
• 2+ years’ experience managing operational expenses and revenue.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
• Ability to create an inclusive, fun, and safe work environment.
• This position is based in Windsor; ability to commute is required.
