Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to motivate the team and ensure exceptional service for every guest, every time. You will train staff, uphold high standards of guest service, quality and cleanliness, and support the Owner and Restaurant Manager in daily operations of a fast-paced restaurant.

Locations include Barrie, Innisfil, Port Severn and Waubaushene, and the role may require working at any of these sites.

• Experience in fast-paced restaurant environments.
• Ability to supervise staff and conduct performance reviews.
• Strong customer service focus and problem-solving abilities.

• Monitor revenues to determine labour costs.
• Plan and organize daily operations and schedule staff.

Through your knowledge of the quick service industry you take pride in supporting the Owner and Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of a fast paced restaurant.

Please note this organization owns locations in Barrie, Innisfil, Port Severn, and Waubaushene and management for this organization may be required to work in any of these locations.

Tasks include but are not limited to:

• Monitor revenues to determine labour cost
• Plan and organize daily operations
• Supervise staff
• Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
• Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms
• Conduct performance reviews
• Cost products and services
• Organize and maintain inventory
• Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
• Address customers' complaints or concerns
• Provide customer service
