FCC Canada is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the On-Corridor Works in the GO Rail Expansion program in Toronto. The role focuses on coordinating civil engineering activities, managing subcontractors, and ensuring schedule and cost controls.

The GO Expansion program represents the largest transformation of regional rail in Canadian history, delivering two-way, all-day service through more frequent trains, faster travel times, and a fully modernized rail network across the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area. As part of this initiative, ONxpress Transportation Partners is delivering the On-Corridor Works package, which includes track construction, civil works, signalling and electrification across the GO-owned network, as well as operations planning, timetable optimization, and train control systems. The scope also encompasses the maintenance and rehabilitation of railway assets, procurement and servicing of rolling stock, development of new maintenance, storage and layover facilities, and the reconstruction of Union Station's tracks and platforms, which serve as the hub of the regional rail network. This fully integrated contract combines design, construction, operations, maintenance, and asset management to transform how people move throughout the region.
