As we continue to grow, we are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Project Managers to join our team and contribute to the successful delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the coordination, planning, and execution of multiple construction projects
• Support the development and maintenance of project schedules and timelines
• Perform quantity take-offs and assist with cost estimating
• Work closely with field and office teams to ensure alignment with project specifications
• Coordinate and support site activities alongside superintendents
• Monitor project timelines and help ensure milestones and deadlines are met
• Assist in managing subcontractors and supporting team coordination
• Help allocate and track internal and external resources
• Ensure on-site safety standards are followed and maintained
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
• Support implementation of quality control processes
• Identify potential project risks and assist in resolving issues
• Contribute to keeping projects on budget, on schedule, and in accordance with drawings/specifications
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in construction, preferably in the wall & ceiling trade
• Experience working on commercial or multifamily construction projects is an asset
• Diploma, certificate, or degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is an asset
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
