Availability: DAY, EVENING, WEEKEND

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Assists the Manager in supervising, directing, motivating, and training staff; performing administrative duties; and replacing the Manager during his/her absences.
2. Receives, prices, stocks, rotates, and merchandises products.
3. Orders a full range of products and assists in taking inventory.
4. Implements and ensures adherence to Customer Service Policy.
5. Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures and government regulations concerning health & safety, sanitation, security, etc.
6. Performs other duties as assigned by the Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. High school graduate or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
2. Minimum 2 years’ produce/supervisory experience, including excellent product knowledge and rotation, merchandising, ordering, and inventory control experience.
3. Superior customer service, supervisory, and communication skills.
4. Proven ability to remain calm under pressure.
5. Capable of standing for a prolonged period of 4-8 hours; bending, twisting, turning, reaching; and lifting up to 65 lbs.
6. Must be fully available (day, evening, weekend).
