Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Manager by supervising, directing, motivating, and training staff; perform administrative duties; and replace the Manager during absences.
  2. Receive, price, stock, rotate, and merchandise products.
  3. Order a full range of products and assist in inventory management.
  4. Implement and ensure adherence to Customer Service Policy.
  5. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and government regulations concerning health & safety, sanitation, and security.
  6. Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
Requirements
  1. High school diploma or equivalent through education, training, or experience.
  2. Minimum of 2 years' produce/supervisory experience, including product knowledge, rotation, merchandising, ordering, and inventory control.
  3. Excellent customer service, supervisory, and communication skills.
  4. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
  5. Physical capability to stand for 4-8 hours, bend, twist, reach, and lift up to 65 lbs.
