Job summary

Maersk Canada is seeking a Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager to lead warehousing, inventory, and fulfillment across multiple facilities. The role combines operational leadership with people management to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant daily execution while driving productivity and service excellence.

You will oversee workforce planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize performance and customer outcomes across scheduling, safety, and quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or related field.
• Several years of progressive experience in logistics, warehousing, fulfillment, or supply chain operations.
• Experience leading frontline or supervisory teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience managing operational performance, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of warehouse safety, compliance, and operational best practices.

Position Summary

The Fulfillment & Logistics Operations Manager is responsible for leading warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations across facilities such as CFS, CY, inland depots, bonded warehouses, and other managed locations. This role combines operational leadership with people management, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities while driving productivity, service excellence, and business objectives. The position oversees workforce planning, resource allocation, team development, and continuous improvement initiatives to optimize operational performance and customer outcomes.

Schedule

Monday to Friday - 2pm-11pm

Key Responsibilities

• Lead warehouse, inventory, and fulfillment operations to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities.

Pay Range

$65,000k - $72,000k
