Job summary

AdventHealth in Riverview, FL is seeking a dedicated RN leader for a full-time night shift. You will develop and oversee nursing care programs, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a busy acute care setting.

Required RN licensure and BSN preferred. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, enforce compliance with policies, and participate in quality improvement initiatives. This role offers growth and comprehensive patient-centered care.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Up to $15K Sign on Bonus
