La Vie en Rose in Halifax is seeking an experienced retail manager to lead a dynamic team and drive sales in a busy store. You will coach staff, reinforce brand standards and ensure excellent customer service while managing daily store operations in a fast-paced environment.

You will oversee recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance, while championing our lingerie and swimwear collections and promoting a welcoming shopping experience.
