La Vie en Rose in Canada is seeking a permanent, full-time store manager to lead a diverse team in Rosemère. You will drive sales, coach staff and uphold brand standards in lingerie and swimwear.

As part of a family-owned company, you will coordinate merchandising, manage HR tasks, and ensure exceptional customer service while meeting targets. The role offers growth opportunities and a dynamic, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Previous team management experience in a retail environment.
• Love clothing that celebrates femininity (lingerie, swimwear, etc.).
• Strong leadership and motivation skills; able to inspire a team.
• Sociable, good communicator, and team player; attentive to customer and team needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales goals and coach team to meet targets.
• Manage HR tasks: recruitment, training, attendance and performance.
• Coordinate visual merchandising and planograms with the team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and smooth store operations.
• Open and close the store and report daily results to management.
• Analyze sales, traffic and productivity data and share insights with your team.
