We want to be able to nurture these qualities by bringing on those who not only share our passions, but have a genuine want to push the boundaries in all aspects of the business alongside us.*Assistant Manager (Opening Team)*The Assistant Manager will be working directly under the General Manager and will be the right-hand in managing the day to day to maximize results while ensuring everyone on the team is engaged, learning, and are fulfilling their duties to the required standard. This individual will lead the team, delegate tasks, coach performance, and build motivation to create a positive work environment.
