Job summary

Kibbi in Ladysmith, BC is hiring a hands-on Operations Manager to direct and optimize daily activities. You will plan, organize, and supervise staff, align operations with market trends, and implement effective processes to meet demand while controlling costs.

This permanent role is paid for 30 hours per week with night shift premium included. English is the working language; prior supervisory experience is preferred in a retail or service context.

• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience preferred.
