Job Description: Through our accredited training program, you will be tasked with:

1. Working as a team to help our customers maintain their vehicles
2. Developing a full understanding of company objectives, policies, and procedures
3. Completing our Certification programs
4. Taking accountability for tasks such as scheduling, inventory control, employee coaching and development, and more
5. Developing the ability to run and/or assist one of our locations

What We Need

• A dedicated, hardworking individual who can take direction well
• A team player with customer service experience
• Previous management experience (asset)
• Automotive experience
• Valid First Aid certificate (preferred)
• Knowledge of the Ontario Health & Safety Act
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Flexibility to work overtime and fill in as required (store open 7 days/week)
• Post-secondary diploma in business or automotive (preferred)
• Valid G driver’s license
• Basic computer skills, specifically Excel and Windows (asset)
