• Coordinate guest experience from start to finish
• Oversee cleaning and operational duties
• Train new guest coordinators
• Manage product orders and inventory
• Conduct team huddles

The ideal candidate will:

• Lead by example in guest service
• Be proficient with POS systems, booking software, and G Suite
• Work confidently and collaboratively
• Contribute to a positive work environment
• Maintain knowledge of services and products
• Stay informed about promotions and contests
