Job summary

Cineplex Entertainment LP is seeking Cast Members in Edmonton to provide an exceptional guest experience across concessions, floor, and box office. You will join a fast-paced team known for energy, friendliness, and a welcoming attitude.

Evening and late-night shifts offer exciting opportunities to engage guests and contribute to a dynamic theatre environment. We value flexibility, teamwork, and a positive, outgoing demeanor.

Qualifications

• Must be team oriented, energetic, friendly and outgoing.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• Availability for evenings and late nights.
• Enjoy variability in the role and willingness to adapt.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification is an asset where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests across concessions, on the floor, and at the box office.
• Contribute to daily theatre operations and guest experience.
• Support team functions to ensure smooth showtimes and services.

Cast Member Cineplex’s Cast Members are an integral part of the team who provide an exceptional entertainment experience to each and every guest. Cast Members have a range of responsibilities, each of which help the theatre’s daily functions and can include duties in concessions, on the floor and at the box office, amongst other tasks. If you thrive in an energetic, fast-paced and social atmosphere, this may be the opportunity for you!

Qualifications:

• You are team-oriented, energetic, friendly, and outgoing.
• You enjoy working in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
• You enjoy the flexibility evenings and late nights can afford you.
• You enjoy variability in your job.
• Provincial Smart Serve or Pro Serve Certification where applicable and being of legal age to serve alcohol in fully licensed theatres would be an asset.
