Job summary

StorageVault Canada Inc. is seeking a full-time front desk agent for day shifts in Mississauga. You will manage reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect payments, while keeping the facility clean and secure.

Qualifications

• 2 years of customer service experience
• 2 years in sales (preferred)
• 1 year of Microsoft Office experience (preferred)
• Fluent English written and spoken

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments.
• Travel between locations within a reasonable distance; access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
• Ensure facility is clean, locked, and rent-ready; perform daily inspections.

Responsibilities:

• Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments, maintain property appearance by cleaning facility daily, perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure units are clean, properly locked and rent ready.
• Travel between locations will be required within a reasonable distance. Access to a reliable vehicle is essential.
• Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
