Splitsville Entertainment in Calgary, Canada is seeking an Assistant Manager who will lead a busy team across lanes, dining and amusements. You will complete an in-depth induction, train staff and drive outstanding guest service.

You’ll coach and mentor crew, manage front-of-house operations, support the General Manager, and help achieve centre goals while maintaining safe, fun environments for guests.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading teams in retail or dining environments.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Strong communication and coordination across front- and back-of-house.
