This position focuses on front desk duties, reservations, storage unit rentals, lease presentations, and rent collection, with daily site upkeep. Travel between locations may be required; a reliable vehicle is essential. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Qualifications

• Strong fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Manage front desk, confirm reservations, rent storage units, present lease agreements, and collect rental payments.
• Maintain facility appearance by cleaning facility daily, perform daily inspections of storage units to ensure units are clean, properly locked and rent ready.
