Tim Hortons Inc. in Ontario seeks an Assistant Manager to motivate Team Members and deliver exceptional guest service, every time. You will train staff, manage labour and costs, and support the General Manager in a fast-paced Tim Hortons environment.

You will lead by example, coach team members, and ensure health and safety compliance while driving daily operations and guest satisfaction. A strong candidate embraces teamwork and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to lead teams in a quick-service setting.
• Experience coaching and training team members.
• Understanding of labour and food cost controls.

Responsibilities

• Managing labour costs through effective floor management
• Controlling food & paper costs using order guides
• Ensuring that product launches and promotions are executed with perfection
• Resolving guest issues, and minimizing repeat problems with your team
• Participate in the recruitment process
• Training new Team Members
• Train, remind and encourage Team Members to follow Health & Safety policies
• Coach & discipline Team Members as needed
• Lead by example by following Tim Hortons policies and procedures
• Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
• Foster a positive work environment through leadership and example
