StorageMart is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to join our team at the Etobicoke location. The role involves supporting store operations, delivering top-notch customer service, and managing accounts while maintaining the facility and safety standards.

The candidate should have retail sales and administrative experience (training provided), a valid driver's license and vehicle (mileage reimbursed), and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Retail sales and administrative experience preferred; training provided.
• Valid driver’s license, valid insurance, and vehicle; mileage reimbursed for travel between stores.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and travel between stores.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Operations: Collaborate with the Store Manager to enhance business growth and maximize sales.
• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Engage with customers through phone, face-to-face, and email.
• Maintain Our Facility: Open, operate, and close the office. Light maintenance and cleaning of the property to ensure it is clean, safe and secure for our customers and their belongings.
• Manage Accounts: Handle customer accounts, assist with account setup, and oversee general administrative tasks, including debt management.
• Travel Between Locations: Occasionally support other stores while maintaining our consistent standards across all sites.
