Qualifications

• Completion of high school diploma or GED; post-secondary diploma preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in the automotive industry.
• Experience as an assistant manager, service writer or service manager is an asset.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.
• Strong computer skills and valid driver’s license.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations with the Store Manager to ensure store success.
• Focus on front counter customer service and sales using automotive experience.
• Provide service quotes and obtain customer authorization for work.
• Forecast budgets and monitor revenue and expenditures.
• Recruit and develop a team of Associates with a focus on customer experience.
• Supervise and motivate staff to maximize productivity.
• Enforce safety policies and inventory processes.
• Handle customer complaints promptly and document resolutions.
