Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort in Ontario, Canada, seeks an Assistant Manager, Race & Freestyle to lead day-to-day operations of the Jozo Weider Race and Freestyle programs. You’ll coordinate with snow school, summer programming, sales, guest services, operations, and marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and reporting, while maintaining budgets and ensuring program targets are met.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of alpine ski racing, coaching and instructing experience.
• ACA Coach certification and CSIA Level II/III/IV required.
• Minimum of 5 years people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, sell and operate race/freestyle programs and support recruitment, performance management and development of staff.
• Oversee on-hill operation during race/freestyle days and training.
• Maintain schedules, budgets and reporting to meet targets.
• Coordinate participant registrations, waivers and payments for programs.
