Job summary

Blue Mountain Resort is seeking a Race Administrator to handle day-to-day communication and administration for the Blue Mountain/Jozo Weider Race and Freestyle program. You will work with the Race Manager, Supervisors, and Head Coach to ensure smooth operations and payroll updates.

The role requires 2-4 years of administrative experience, a high school diploma (post-secondary in business/administration is a plus), and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of administrative experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary degree/diploma in business or administrative is an asset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication and administration of the Blue Mountain/Jozo Weider Race and Freestyle program.
• Serve as the point of sale representative for Race and Freestyle programming and families.
• Coordinate daily with snow school, summer programming, sales, guest services and marketing; payroll scheduling.
