Job summary

Tim Hortons in Ontario is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a fast-paced team and ensure exceptional guest service. You will model enthusiasm, motivate staff, and uphold high standards of service, cleanliness, and product quality.

You will train and coach a diverse team, promote a respectful work environment, and support the Owner in day-to-day operations of a busy restaurant, while adhering to Tim Hortons guidelines.
