In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the day-to-day operations at Circle Wellness, supporting the Hosts and Cleaners with daily tasks, and ensuring high-quality guest experiences, professional communication, seamless booking/check-in, and cleanliness.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Open and close the spa daily
  • Monitor systems during spa sessions and make adjustments as needed
  • Ensure flawless daily operations with a motivated team
  • Manage guest scheduling, cancellations, waitlist, and rescheduling
  • Coordinate guest communication with customer service for concerns
  • Ensure seamless booking and check-in processes
  • Maintain cleanliness in Circuits and reception areas, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Drive retail sales and ensure displays are on-brand
  • Report maintenance issues to the General Manager
  • Support the General Manager with additional tasks

The Assistant Manager reports to the General Manager and oversees daily operations at Circle Wellness Granville Island.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of wellness industry trends, products, and practices
  • 1-2 years of supervisory or shift lead experience
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Accountable, available outside standard hours, and dedicated to team and guest care
  • Passion for wellness and delivering exceptional experiences
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail for effective spa operations
  • Must reside in Vancouver and be available outside of standard hours
  • Compensation: $28.50/hr
  • Full-time position, 32-40 hours/week
  • Reports to: General Manager

Schedule

  • 8-hour shifts, including evening and night shifts
