Job summary

JYSK Canada in Ontario is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store leadership, coach team members, and uphold the company values while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will assist with sales and merchandising plans, manage stock, participate in loss prevention, and help meet departmental budgets. A leadership mindset and 2 years retail experience are required; a high school diploma is preferred. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, and employee discounts.

The Role:

Compensation: Generally, the hiring range for this position is $43,000 to $48,000 annually; the base pay offered is based on location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, internal and market equity.
