Role Description

The Assistant Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Laval, QC. This role supports the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, including staff scheduling, floor coverage, and ensuring store standards are maintained. The Assistant Manager helps lead, coach, and motivate the team to deliver an engaging customer experience, achieve sales goals, and uphold visual merchandising guidelines.
