Job summary

The Jean Coutu Group is seeking a store leadership professional in Quebec to oversee daily operations and continuously improve customer service. You will train staff, plan schedules, and supervise work while maintaining the store’s image in line with company standards.

You should be a team player, autonomous, and friendly, with a proven capacity to engage with customers; management experience is preferred, and training is offered if you lack it. A 35+ hour work week is expected.

Responsibilities

• See to continuous improvement of customer service.
• Plan, distribute and supervise the work to be done by employees under your responsibility.
• Carry out, in collaboration with the management team, various management tasks such as hiring, performance evaluations or planning team's schedules.
• See to the opening and closing and to ensure that the store is well run and clean.
• Contribute, in collaboration with the management team, to maintain a commercial image that respects the Jean Coutu Group standards.
• See to the training of employees under your responsibility.
