- Meet personal and store sales goals
- Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
- Ensure all associates practice high levels of sales and service; lead by example
- Develop personal sales techniques and assist in developing associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales
- Maintain all sales-related policies and procedures
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and foster this among staff
- Stay informed about fashion industry trends
Customer Service:
- Ensure high levels of customer service from all associates
- Build and maintain repeat clientele using personal client books and assist staff in doing the same
- Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
- Support sales associates with customer service issues such as dissatisfied customers, returns, or defective merchandise
Operations:
- Collaborate with store management on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
- Support staff training on register usage and maintenance
- Understand and execute register functions and cash control procedures
- Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives
- Keep the selling floor organized and visually appealing
- Ensure timely processing of deliveries
- Identify and report product concerns promptly
- Communicate inventory needs to support business goals
Human Resources:
- Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development
- Help ensure payroll integrity and process accuracy
- Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
- Address HR issues effectively, partnering with HR when necessary
- Support training programs and seminars
- Maintain professional image and grooming standards reflecting the brand
