1. Meet personal and store sales goals
2. Assist in tracking, monitoring, and communicating business results
3. Ensure all associates practice high levels of sales and service; lead by example
4. Develop personal sales techniques and assist in developing associates’ sales techniques to maximize sales
5. Maintain all sales-related policies and procedures
6. Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and foster this among staff
7. Stay informed about fashion industry trends

Customer Service:

1. Ensure high levels of customer service from all associates
2. Build and maintain repeat clientele using personal client books and assist staff in doing the same
3. Resolve client issues promptly and effectively
4. Support sales associates with customer service issues such as dissatisfied customers, returns, or defective merchandise

Operations:

1. Collaborate with store management on risk management, security, cash controls, and inventory management
2. Support staff training on register usage and maintenance
3. Understand and execute register functions and cash control procedures
4. Implement and maintain visual merchandising directives
5. Keep the selling floor organized and visually appealing
6. Ensure timely processing of deliveries
7. Identify and report product concerns promptly
8. Communicate inventory needs to support business goals

Human Resources:

1. Assist in recruitment, training, and staff development
2. Help ensure payroll integrity and process accuracy
3. Continuously evaluate staff performance and provide feedback
4. Address HR issues effectively, partnering with HR when necessary
5. Support training programs and seminars
6. Maintain professional image and grooming standards reflecting the brand
