Job summary

Service Inspired Restaurants is seeking an Assistant Kitchen Manager in Windsor, Ontario to support the Kitchen Manager in daily kitchen operations, oversee food prep and quality control, and maintain a clean, safe work environment.

You will help train staff, optimize kitchen workflows, and participate in leadership development as part of our growth‑minded team. 1–3 years of kitchen management experience and valid Culinary Red Seal and Smart Serve are assets.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years kitchen management/supervisory experience in a comparable restaurant environment.
• Culinary Red Seal designation and Smart Serve Certification are strong assets.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Proficient in computer use and quick to learn new software.
• Experience with scheduling, inventory, product cost, and labor control is an asset.
