• Work with our team to ensure high-quality food, outstanding guest experiences, and memorable service.
• Coach and lead team members, providing training and support.

• Use strong time management and attention to detail.
• Promote warmth and hospitality among team members.
• Must be Smart Serve Certified.
• Have 1-3 years of kitchen management or supervisory experience in a similar restaurant environment.
• Be proficient in English communication.
• Possess a High School diploma or GED; college coursework is a plus. Basic computer skills are required.
• Have basic math skills, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Culinary Red Seal is an asset.
