Reporting to the Kitchen Department Head, the Kitchen Assistant Department Head provides hands-on support to ensure the department’s smooth daily operation and management.

Responsibilities include:

1. Greet customers with friendly service and enthusiasm.
2. Support the Department Head in managing department performance, supervising staff, coaching, and fostering teamwork.
3. Assist with product ordering, pricing, inventory control, and workplace safety.
4. Ensure product quality, freshness, proper packaging, and display.
5. Maintain accurate product labeling and pricing.
6. Lead by example in all kitchen duties.
7. Enhance customer satisfaction and handle complaints professionally.
8. Perform additional duties as assigned.
