Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Greenhouse experience, systems, or plant care experience is desirable.
• Teamwork and good communication skills are essential.
• Experience in wholesale ornamental or vegetable production is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Watering and fertilizing.
• Monitoring greenhouse climate including temperature, humidity, and light levels.
• Scouting, chemical application, and facility maintenance.
• Collaborate within a 2–4 person team.
