As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you empower and lead your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. You foster a climate of respect within the work team by communicating openly and showing understanding. You are an expert who knows how to build and coach a diverse team to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons high operational standards. You have the knowledge, skills and long-term vision necessary to support the restaurant owner/operator in the successful operation of the business. Additionally, your penchant for operational excellence makes it easy to plan and execute strategies to increase sales and meet established cost targets. You excel in a dynamic environment!

If you have 2-3 years of quick service experience as a supervisor and practical knowledge of recruiting, training and coaching team members, you are an ideal candidate for this role.
